Gearbox shaft (intermediate shaft) of the Bulgarian hoist
The gearbox shaft and intermediate shaft are critical parts and are subjected to heat treatment during manufacturing to ensure durability. How it works: The gearbox shaft is connected to the intermediate shaft by means of an elastic coupling, from which it receives the required torque. The intermediate shaft is located inside the drum. It connects the shafts of the gearbox and the lifting motor. The intermediate shaft is also connected to the motor shaft by means of an elastic coupling. This design is preferred in order to provide the motor rotor with the ability to move longitudinally when it is switched on, as well as to ensure that the motor and gearbox shafts do not have a too bulky design.
