ÖZFATIHLER 2 t rope hoist
The 2 ton capacity electric wire rope hoist 4/1 of the PCMH series manufactured by ÖZFATIHLER. It has a reduced construction height of 830 mm. Lifting speed in the standard version is 0…4 m/min with frequency conversion, travel speed 0…20 m/min with frequency conversion. Lifting height 8m; 10m; 16m; 20m. Safety devices are installed as: Limiter of the lifting and lowering; limit switches for lifting and lowering, movement of the lifting mechanism, and movement of the crane; thermal protection of the lifting motor; main contactor in the circuit; light and sound indication of the crane. The entire electrical part of the crane control is installed in the telfair.

The lifting mechanism of the electric hoist with a lifting capacity of 2 tons consists of: an engine with a built-in brake, a spur gearbox, a threaded drum with a rope laying device, equipped with a lifting height limiter and a load capacity limiter. Frequency control system for mechanisms (soft start and stop). If the load is not lifted vertically, the design of the wire rope laying machine prevents it from breaking – the protection is activated.
