The rotor of the engine lifting KG Bulgarian hoist
The conical rotor of the KG electric hoist motor (KGE). An important component of the motor. When the electric motor is turned on, the rotor is displaced axially (along the axis), the motor is decelerated, the rotor starts to rotate and, accordingly, the hoist lifts or lowers the load. Sometimes, during intensive use of the hoist, the splines on the shaft on the side of the elastic coupling or on the side of the brake-fan wear out. If the motor housing, stator windings, front shield, casing are in normal technical condition, in this case, the rotor can be replaced and thus bring the hoist into working condition.
